|Recommended: YesLinx time is much better than Fairway Oaks time — The most important change that happened since the Linx takeover is this advanced Resident Portal. The maintenance requests are handled in a more meaningful way than the pre-Linx time. No longer do we need to call the office for maintenance. We can create our own work orders on this Portal making the work orders well-documented and well-accounted for.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLinx apartments is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained amenities, fast maintenance service and a very warm and welcoming leasing office staff.
It is closer to the university and serves best for families and students to stay. I have renewed my lease for another year at Linx.

Ms. Patty the Leasing Mgr is awesome and does an excellent job with making certain the property is maintained in every way.

Honestly through the years there has been management that was sub-par but not The Lynx. Since coming on board we've seen improvements on the buildings and the staff is very friendly. I'd recommend living here highly
