Apartments have been recently renovated which makes it look really nice. The maintenance staff is AMAZING Whenever I placed a request in they would come very quickly to solve any issues.

|Recommended: YesNice and Quiet — The Linx is a pleasant an quiet area to live in which is rare due to the close proximity of the university. Its a great and safe area if you like to run and close to many shopping areas. It is also reasonably priced for the upgrades available

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBeautiful view of golf course. Easy access on the compound to maintain your car. Instead me going to an outside car wash, I can wash my car on the premises. Plus I save money doing so. There is access to an air vac, water hose and vacuum.
Ideal road with condos, townhouses and apartments. USF is straight down the road. Minutes away to Publix Supermarket on Fletcher Avenue. Quick access to a gasoline station down the road. Extremely quiet at night. Swift maintenance with urgent matters.
