|Recommended: YesGreat place — I have lived at the Linx for 1 year and overall it is a really good place to live. The place is good and isnt really that loud. Alot of families live here and is a great community.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've lived here for a long time and love this community. From time to time questionable people move in with their drama but fortunately they don't stay.
Have to be honest and admit I don't use the laundry room. Too much a hassle with laundry cards. Who knows, that may have changed by now I don't know.
Kudos to maintenence for all they do.
Rarely have to call but nice to know when I do things get done.
I do have a question...usually every year my mother and I decorate our door and windows for Christmas but since the paint job on the doors, are we still allowed to hang decorations from the door

Thank you for your kind words. As you know we had everything painted and they are supposed to come back and touch up the doors. So, that is why I have held off on the door decorating. But, I think I going to go ahead and move forward with it because to many people are asking me for it. So, keep your eyes open for an email ;)

Love my community, the location and I feel very safe living here.
The leasing team Ms. Patty- Leasing Mgr and Maria - Leasing Consultant are
amazing and they truly care about the community and the residents well-being.
The property is always maintained on a daily basis to include keeping the front corridors clean and neat.
Our pools are cleaned and maintained daily as well. 😊
I can't say enough about the maintenance crew. They always come the same exact day that I submit a maintenance request.
I so appreciate the hard work and efforts that everyone provides to make our home comfortable and safe.
