|Recommended: YesBest spacious Family apartment close to USF — It is difficult to find the good family apartment community close to USF. But, the Linx is the best of them all. Spacious floor plan, sharp maintenance, and a great view of the Golf course are the highlights.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice and affordable place — I would highly recommend living here for them. However, outside HVAC units work extremely noisy which makes sleeping hard. This might be the main reason I warn them.

|Recommended: YesLong term resident finds place tidy, friendly and convenient — I have lived in the apartment for nearly 11 years. I have found it staff very friendly, the maintenance has always been very timely and emergencies are dealt immediately. The area is always kept tidy. Sometimes the trash overflows but the staff are good at trying to minimize it. It is a very convenient place to live. I play golf which is just across the road. Also many routes to get to apartment when it comes to dealing with traffic around university.
The place is also quiet except perhaps occasionally at weekends when neighbors are fixing cars or motorbikes. If music is loud you can hear neighbors, although property staff regularly remind residents to be respective, so rarely an issue. The staff also enforce eligible car parking so that it is never an issue. The furnishes are now old, although is partly because I have not moved or asked for improvements since I have lived in apartment. Over the 11 years, there have been occasional constant disturbances by residents who could not change and each of them eventually were evicted I believe . I work at university and will seek to remain here another 2 or 3 years at least.

|Recommended: YesLiving since 2016 have best experience — The community is safe, staff is welcoming and any of the repairning and maintenance issues are resolved immediately. The community is conveniently located near Univeristy of South Florida and has convenient access to grocery store, medical and other stores. We enjoy living here.
