Their staff is wonderful, responsive and very courteous. The place is undergoing some remodeling so it is looking better and better. The location is perfect and it is quiet and clean here.

Our maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and any concerns we've had are met with a swift and courteous response. From management to maintenance, everything is very well organized. Miss Patty, the manager, has been of great help to me on multiple occasions and is super responsive, as always. Also, I have had a few maintenance issues where I had to request someone to come and take care of the issue, and the service has always been prompt within minutes of the request. I could not recommend this place enough
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOne of the highlights of living in The Linx is its well-designed apartments. The units are spacious and thoughtfully laid out to maximize functionality and comfort with balcony and living space, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable living environment.
The thing I love most, I have easy access to various amenities and services. From grocery stores and restaurants to entertainment options and parks, everything is within reach. Additionally, transportation options are often convenient, with nearby bus stops of USF that made my life more convenient.
From swimming pool to new addition in the community, i.e. Laundry, Gym, made my living experiences better than any other apartment with enhanced security, maintenance and last not the lease, the responsible managing authority of this community. I would love to recommend this community to anyone who are looking for comfortable, modern, and convenient living experience.
